Hi, I’m Holly

Mindfulness teacher and creator of My Kind of Mind. 

 

I am passionate about mindfulness and I am dedicated to supporting individuals to lead a more mindful, calmer and happier way of life.

In 2013 I began practicing mindfulness meditation as a way of helping me to manage my busy and stressful lifestyle as a specialist neurological NHS physiotherapist.

In addition to my physiotherapy career in 2016 I started my teacher training with the Mindfulness Association UK London.

After 2 years of training I qualified in 2018 when My Kind of Mind was created, and I have since been teaching the Mindfulness Association 8 Week Mindfulness Based Living Course (MBLC). I also run retreat days, drop in sessions, workshops and offer one to one support.

Mindfulness has changed my life. I feel happier, calmer, more focused and feel like I’m really living life to the full. I’m kinder to myself and definitely better at self-care!
