What is intuitive mindfulness coaching?

The problem isn’t really the problem … it’s how it makes you FEEL.

It could be a relationship issue? Not sure what to do about your job? Feeling stuck or generally disatisfied in life, looking for answers or what’s next? Struggling to manage anxiety and overwhelm? In need of some direction? Struggling to transition through a changing life event or just “be” in the moment.

I will help you to move out of your busy overthinking “conscious” mind into your “subconscious” mind where we can start working at a deeper, calmer, more focussed and spacious level, moving into your heart space where all of the answers to your problems lie.

Intuitive coaching is all about getting to know yourself better on a mental, physical and spiritual level. We are 3D emotionally sensing beings and increasing scientific evidence shows that to heal from past experiences, release self limiting beliefs and live to our true authentic potential we need to work with both our mind and our emotional body.

What’s involved?

Through 1:1 coaching sessions we use mindful meditation, breathwork, visualisation, EFT (tapping), energy psychology, powerful questioning and oracle cards to help you to release what you no longer need such as anxiety, anger, shame, sadness and pain and bring in more of what you need to feel happier in your daily life such as an increased sense of confidence, inner peace, self trust and overall wellbeing.

Ways to work with me

“ANXIETY RELIEF”

A block of 4 weekly 1 hour sessions designed to help you to reduce anxiety, feel calmer, reduce overthinking and overwhelm. Using a variety of mindfulness techniques, breathwork, meditation and EFT (tapping) you will learn practical skills that you can use in your daily life to help to improve and manage how you feel.

YOUR INVESTMENT

£200 (online sessions via zoom)

(Additional £50 payment required for in person sessions to cover room hire costs. Sessions either held at Meet by The Park in Leamington Spa or CW Therapy Rooms in Kenilworth)

“RECLAIM YOUR POWER” PROGRAMME

A 5 session coaching programme that allows us to dive deeper into the issue at hand and work together over a longer period of time to build on and develop intuitive skills that you can transfer into your daily life.

1st session: 30 minute introduction call (online via zoom)

2nd session: 90 minutes

3rd, 4th, 5th sessions: 60 minutes

YOUR INVESTMENT

£350 (online sessions via zoom)

(All sessions need to be booked within 6 months of purchase, payment plans available)

After completing the programme, additional 60 minute sessions £65 per session
